ABOUT DEEP RIVER CRAFT

A little back story on how Deep River Crafts was founded. Wood working and crafts have always been a hobby of ours. We have always wanted to do what we love but lacked the key element of building a business "Time".

 

We worked remotely for a transportation company sometime putting in 60 hours a week. In January 2022 the transportation company we worked for was sold to a massive South American company and inevitably they started hiring outside the country for much less then they paid American employees. On December 26th, 2023 my wife and I were offered severance agreements and our employment was terminated giving us the one thing we needed, a lot of free time.  Hence, Deep River Crafts was born out of a necessity to create a secure revenue stream to support us and our growing family. Yes, we are pregnant with our first child and are super excited about the future. 2024 will be a wonderful year. We will open the doors of Deep River Crafts and welcome a beautiful baby girl into the world. 

 

God is good and everything that happens is for a reason. The reason may not always be immediately evident. Success is not measured by what happens to you but how you respond to life's challenges and how you are able to adapt to change
